Kurt,

I worked for a heating contractor in 1989 and installed a 92% furnace at that time, replacing a 25 year old standard furnace. The fuel (nat gas) consumption was cut by almost half. The furnace has had nothing done to it in past 15 years except routine filter changes & lubrication.
There is no way you could get me to buy any other type of heating.
