I have a V-10 in my Excursion, and it's a horse! Pulls my 32 foot Jayco travel trailer anywhere I want to go. Went to the Smokey Mountians and had no trouble pulling it anywhere. True, it no 30 MPG, but is has plenty of smooth power. When I get a new pick-up in a year or two-it's going to have a V-10, needed or not.
