When I worked for a local factory, We had several customers that owed money and still wanted to buy more. They were put on a credit hold list,meaning they could not buy anymore til the account was paid. We would ship stuff COD to them. On the UPS form there was a box to accept payment check or cash. Always checked the CASH only box. Made several mad but they setteled their accounts because they did not like the COD CASH only fees. Roger
