I guess that I must have missed the original posting, but I agree 100% with what is being said here. The manuals will not give you all of the answers, and anyone who thinks otherwise is learning the hard way. This is especially true if the only manual you have is an IT manual, there is an awful lot of information left out of these manuals. If you are using one of these manuals, I guarantee you will still be asking a lot of questions.
