Hi Hagan,

Your asking a "loaded" question that will take a few hours to calculate to keep from killing someone.

Consider keeping the furnace room outside, maybe using an used gas/oil/electric furance. Then there's also hot water (anit-freeze) heat exchangers. Two used radaitors can be used for alot other than "cooling" water.

If your going to roll your own, do some reading so you don't kill yourself or your family. Then theres insurrance to consider.
