The premix identification marking is small and placed off to the side. I think marketing types expect buyers to see only the large graphics in the center of the panel and hope that when you get it home and finally see "Premix" you decide to use it instead of taking the trouble to return it. There's a lot of psychology used in selling.
I've almost bought premix myself several times. Now I've mostly switched over to Havoline 5 year extended life, which claims to have low silicate content.
