The 440 was the industrial version of the 430, it had a beefier front end to handle a loader. In the 60's they were only available from an industrial dealership, and if our dealership sold one in central Georgia, we had to purchase it from the industrial dealership and truck it in from south Ga. The ag dealers at that time were not allowed to order one from the factory direct. Gene Davis
