Bruce: I have a 4020 power shift, was having trouble sometimes getting it to go forward when shifting from reverse gears to forward. Found out it was only a little wear in the linkage, as when I kinda "slap" the lever to the right, then go up into a forward gear it works every time. Maybe this is something entirely different from what you are experiencing, but I know of one other guy who had the same problem when he first purchased a PS 4020 and it was just like the problem I have with mine. Good luck. David
