There is an adjustment for "neutral". Sorry, I can't tell you how. I've never done it.
I want to say tip the cab back to get access to the linkage and adjust from there. I'm assuming that it's pretty much the same as the 542B we had. Parts we always got from the local Bobcat dealer.
