Like others have said, mud would be appreciated in certain parts of the country. Western Kansas would ship you some dry soil for wet I expect. Hm, maybe we could use all of the unemployed and welfare recipients to form a bucket brigade to transfer some moisture. Two lines--one for buckets full of water, and one for empties going back for more. Hm, now where did I put that empty bucket? Maybe sponges would work.
