Hydraulics are used for tons of stuff on machines and tractors. To name many: hydrostatic drive transmissions, cylinders to lift implements, hydraulic motors to turn cement mixers and steel production. Cylinders are used for logsplitters, presses, injection molding. Hydraulics are used in power steering for tractors, also used in cars for automatic transmissions, which of course I could sit here for a week discussing that. Hydraulics are also used in power brakes for cars, trucks. I should stop rambling now. see ya.
