is your rockshaft working properly? check pressure and flow at the remote. if ok, disconnect steering motor drain line at the oil cooler and plug the cooler nipple. start engine an turn steering a few times full right and full left while watching the drain hose. if at any stage there is an oil flow bigger then a drip from the drain hose then the steering motor needs resealing. if not, the problem is probably in the steering valve.
