Of course none of us know the details about exactly what happened, but has anyone ever heard of an instance where a front axle breaks while using a loader, either properly or improperly? It would seem that if an axle or spindle breaks due to metal fatigue, overloading, homemade loader mounts or whatever reason, it could cause a rollover even on level ground, especially if the loader was raised when the failure occurred.
