You have air in the fuel system, my 4006 does exactly the same thing after I change the filter. Try bleeding the system at the injectors first. You may also want to check your fittings for air leaks. Several years ago one of the hoses from the mechanical pump was cracked and was drawing air into the system. It drove me nuts until I found it. John
