It is evidant that you have never used a good John Deere, they do not shake, if they do they are not put together corectly, if the clutch discs are not put on the chrankshaft in the proper position then they will run rough and that sounds like what is wrong with that tractor. Used to have 2 AC 60 combines, one PTO pulled by J D a, the other had a Factory AC motor, The shoe in the one broke, dealer said it wes the cause of the Deere, when found out it was the one with the A C motor that shut them up.A 2 cylinder in good shape is as smooth a runner as any 4 or 6 cylinder tractor.
