For that much money I would drive over there and file with the sheriff, DA and file a law suit. My experiance; the post office will not do anything unless its substancual or multiple complaintants. The purpose of going there is the sheriff or DA might tell you its civil which is their way of giving you the bums rush because they dont want to mess with it. You tell them you want the complaint form for felony theft and fraud. I would shoot for all the purchase price and shipping because he already got the asking price from the stuff he stold off of it.
