Deutz 06 hydraulic

Hi,
Does anyone knows if Deutz 4006 (1972) has filter in hydraulic systems ? If there is where it is and how in can be replaced. Also i'm intrested about hydraulic lift and it's seals. Lift works quite well, but if you stop the tractor when the lift is up it comes down quite fast by itself.
I wonder if the seal in lift cylinder could leak ?
Where the lift cylinder is and how the seal can be chanced ?
