350 Farmall Torque Amplifier

Any one out there had the experience of removing the T/A unit from the 300/400 series Farmalls and blocking it off permanately??
I now have the thing split and think it to costly to replace for no more use than it will get.I tried to place an add for a used eliminator Kit but cant get it to post .I see bates has new kits for 350. Any help Thanks John
