An H would be fine if you don't have to back up to mow under low trees or bushes. Get an over running pto for the mower. If you get an H use a six foot mower, there's plenty of power and you can keep the wheels wider for stability. If you can get a tractor with a live pto it will be more convient if there are obstacles to mow around. I don't know much about oliver's but h's and M's are good tractors, maybe a farmall 300 would be better though since they have live pto's. (most of them I think)
