I wish I knew more about it to tell you. But what I do know ( or can at least tell you ) is that it's a conversion that replaces the stock brake assy. on the left side. I was told that it was "for a road gear overdrive", and probably changed the top end speed for each gear. Maybe it's an almost live pto, I don't know. It has a heavy aluminum housing which had no exposed running gear or pto. Several pieces are missing and a large portion of the housing has been cut away with a torch. I can get pictures posted in a hurry to eliminate any further confusion.
