There is no good/bad side to this issue. In both cases you cited the people were in the wrong. Just because they were farmers has nothing to do with the situation.That is like saying "if the person that wrote the original post was an accountant then all accountants will do this". Those two individuals trespassed on your property and apparently in one case comitted theft. You have every right to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. I don't see why you made a point of the fact that they were farmers. It seems to me that you are trying to justify the actions of one group by saying another group acts in the same irresponsible manner. We are talking individuals here not groups of people.
