You must be a city boy with insufficient respect for the property of others. Blunt, but you asked. Trespass is a serious offense. Where property is posted it is even a CRIMINAL offense in NH. It doesn't matter why you are there or what you are doing! It is a class A misdemeanor punishable by up to $1000 fine and/or up to one year in jail. You may pooh, pooh it but if you are indentified and the owner wishes to pursue the matter, you may have to beg a judge not to put your sorry rearend behind bars. If you do any physical damage with that stupid ATV, the possibility of additional penalty is also present. Next time, get the permission (best in writing) of the owner or you may have to learn the hard way about respecting another's property. Rod
