Kurt,
To be sraight with you I'd take pretty serious offense at you or anyone else being on my property without permission. I'd be absolutely furious if I didn't know you from Adam and you were riding an ATV or dirt bike across my place. Even if you don't see a sign, if you don't know who owns it you'd best stay off the property. If you want to know who to ask for permission, ask the neighbors or go down to the county courthouse and spend ten minutes looking it up in the platt books. Folks take property pretty seriously-- myself included.
