how slow is slow I had a 190XT A.C. that in low low would go about 1mphand I have a 801 Ford with a serman in front of the 4 speed and it goes even slower its rated at about 45 HP sounds like if you could find a ford with the over/under/stadard set up it might fit the bill or you could get a 800,900or one like that and put a sherman in it hope this helps or at least gives you some ideas
