Need a slooow 45-60 hp tractor for transplanting

Hi,
I need a tractor with a really slow 1st gear, 3pt hitch, diesel, wide front, 2WD, narrow tires (13.6" or less). I have an IH 574 but its geared for drag racing and is useless for transplanting vegetable seedlings. Any suggestions on models to look at, or tractors for sale that might fit the bill? Thanks! Paul
