That's what I thought. It seems highly unlikely that any tractor would have a speedometer with a maximum speed of 70 MPH. I wonder if it's possile that what you have is a cut apart automoble? Maybe an old Crosley or Nash Rambler? The fact that the engine says Austin on it might even suggest something like an Austin Healey or one of the other little foreign cars. In any event, that dashboard isn't a tractor's dashboard. Good luck,
