Everthing you have indentified so far is English.
Austin (something?), Lucas distributor, Smith gauge, metric fastners.

It is a Ford. Not sure on model without a few more details or views. Must have been through a heck of a fire.

I agree with one of the other posts-back off and get a full front, full both sides and full back view. Even if you have to post one at a time it will help get a better overall view. It is a quite interesting tractor-hope someone can ID it. Keep us posted on this unusual "guy".

Hi,

I have no idea what kind of "tractor" this is. What is the large gauge in the middle of the dashboard? A tachometer or speedometer. The picture is not very clear, but it almost looks like it is a speedometer that goes up to 70 MPH!

What is on the gauge?

Thanks,

tom

the large gauge is a speedo.it says smiths in the back.which i figure is the manufacture of the gauges.

Very interesting. What is the maximum speed indicated on the speedometer?

Tom

That's what I thought. It seems highly unlikely that any tractor would have a speedometer with a maximum speed of 70 MPH. I wonder if it's possile that what you have is a cut apart automoble? Maybe an old Crosley or Nash Rambler? The fact that the engine says Austin on it might even suggest something like an Austin Healey or one of the other little foreign cars. In any event, that dashboard isn't a tractor's dashboard.

Good luck,

Tom
