Yup, that's what I heard.

The leaders in Madison tried to defect to the USSR - but found it didn't exist anymore. Then they tried to defect to China - but found they'd become the world's biggest capitalists. Then they tried to defect to Cuba. They may find some traction there. You'll know for sure when the - "I'm from Milwaukee and I outta know" song is replace by the "Rum and Coca Cola" Cuba libre song.
