My company had it done to teh floors about 7-8 years ago and most of it is still looking pretty good today, and this gets a lot of forklift traffic, and in places a lot of objects dropped on it. Only in a few places is it wearing thin or chipped. And there are various qualities and thicknesses too. I would check in the phone book, make a few calls around, maybe stop into a few businesses and see if they could tell you who in the area does this. It is done, if I remember, by sandblasting the floor to clean and peepare it and then applying the coating. Probably somewhat expensive. Colors are available.
