Imagine the condition of the hay cart, with all that hauling. This was not one of Deere's hot models, it got dropped, for the 4320. My Uncle, who bought about twenty new generation Deere's, did not buy the '69 4520. He returned it, for a second or third 4020, turbo, duals;said it was clumsy. Hard to believe this Green Giant avoided plowing, and heavy tillage work since new. I know a guy who had one parked a year, while finding parts for the Finals, as the repair estimate was about $5K. I question if these 122HP models had planetary final drives, seems too early. I'd ask the former owner, to his face, would he but it today, for the work you plan to do? Good luck.
