I'm not real sure that I want to admitt to this, but a long time ago, when I was racing dirt bikes, I busted a radiator on a water-cooled two stroke bike, on the day before a big national, that I was wanting to run.The bike shop ordered one for me, but it was going to take 4 or 5 days.
Being young, and not too bright, I took Liquid Nails, yes, Liquid Nails, and built a small amount around the leak. I first dried it with a blow drier, then let it set overnight to harden.
Not only did it get me through the race, but a friend bought the bike at the end of the season, and STILL has it, glue ball and all.
DISCLAIMER: I'm not recomending this idea, only recalling my "youthfull enthusiasm". If you are planning on fixing it right, this might just make matters worse. If you elect to follow my bad idea, you're on your own. Good luck, John
