Joe, I'd definately rebuild it. If the tractor has served your needs for a number of years, it will probably continue to do so after the rebuild. Why buy something else when you can preserve a part of your family's history & have a trustworthy machine to get the job done with for the same or less $$$. You have a part of your family's history-keep it in good condition for future generations. (My $0.02 worth. jal-SD)
