Ford NAA rebuild or replace?

Hello all,
The old ford NAA doesn't have the juice that it used to. I believe it is a 1954 NAA bought new by my grandfather, I've been using it for 20 years now and need to make the decision to rebuild (it was overhauled probably 20 years ago) or replace this tractor. Any ideas what it would cost to have the motor rebuilt, if I decide to have it rebuilt I want everything done, new pistons, valves the works I don't want to have take it back because we skimped on something. Overall the rest of the tractor is great, the hydraulics are getting a little weak though. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Best Regards,
