I have hauled several tractors where I was paid in full up front, even though I asked for only half of it up front, and I also made sure that I had a phone # of the person who was to recieve the tractor, and then called that person, first when I had the tractor all loaded and chained down, and once again when I estimated I was within an hour or two of the final destination, just to ensure that someone would be present when I unloaded, so that I knew for certain I had the right place. I refuse to unload a tractor if I am not sure I am in the right place.
