I went to an auction 15 - 20 years ago. It was an old guy who lived alone and didn't have much but he did have a big wooden box about 3'x2'x2', very nicely made, that was full of old woodworking tools. It went for $25 and I've kicked myself ever since that I didn't at least bid it up to $50. This was an "estate" sale that was held on a Saturday morning in December. It was cold, had snowed the night before and there weren't more than 8 or 10 people there. I just wasn't smart enough to make the right "investment".
