Using the current tractors you listed you are going to be way out gunned on handling bales of any good size safely. Possibly a small 800 pound bale would work???
You have the best suggestion of just getting a bale trailer listed below or else get a tractor that will be sized for what you need. Something such as a 165 massey or 3000 or 4000 Ford.
I personally run all Deeres but one(Massey 135) and I have moved John Deere 530 bales with the 135 but it is a pretty good load on it. These tractors were not designed to handle that big a load on the 3pt., I'm not saying they won't do it but its not safe. you might run across a good Deere 3010 or 3020 as well. A 3010 would do the job nicely for ya. Formost and most important, be safe, if handled wrongly these big rolls can kill or severly injure.
