Copper fuel line? Missing heat shield? Tractor running too hot? Is the sediment bowl at the tank or at the carburator? Fuel line too close to the exhaust manafold or muffler? One or more of these symtoms is causing the fuel to get too hot either in the tank or in the line going to the sediment bowl. Good luck
