I can understand asking what their value is.

But of late I see a lot of questions avbout which tractor should I get because it has the most collector's value.

Seems that's the wrong way to go - in it for the big bucks.

Grab the tractor that _you_ like. Both are just a lump of iron. Collect or restore a tractor because you like the way it looks; or it is something your family used to own; or it is the brand you like; or it will do some work for you. You'll get years of enjoyment that way.

If you just buy the one that is a better collector item, it'll sit in a corner, you won't care about it, and where's the fun?

Have fun and enjoy. That's the pont. Most collectors in the tractor market are looking to buy low - real low. It's not like classic cars where you want $200,000 for the perfect restoration & armed guards at all times. Buy something cheap, get a few parts & a can of paint. Make it yours, and use it. Seems to be the fun of tractors, not looking for big bucks.

(This is not a flame towards you Bovine - you just wanted to know the values. Sorry I don't even know what tractors you are talking about without giving us a color! Just how I've seen some messages of late, & happen to be commenting in your thread.)
