Those covers can be a pain.Soak with a good penetrating oil,then its time for the hammer.Do a lot of rapping around the outside flange of the cover.A large lead hammer,a softblow type,or a good piece of hardwood 2x4 are helpfull.I ended up using a piece of aluminum stock 1/2x3x18 inches and driving out against the edge of the covers.A bit of heat from a torch will help too.Be patient,try not to beat 'em all out of shape.Even if they do bend some they can be hammered out to look good again.
