1952 Ford 8N - Howard Sherman gears

I have a 1952 Ford 8N that has both the Sherman and Howard gears (and both work). It runs great and the engine/transmission were overhauled in the last 2 years with low mileage since then. It has the original fenders and engine housing with the Ford raised logo. It is the original 6-volt and has very good rubber (new front 3-rib tires). Everything works and it has new headlights and I have a new original style front bumper for it.

If I was to sell it, what would be a good price range to ask? I really need something with a loader. Also, open to a trade (full or partial) for the right tractor. I am in Washington State.
