My 3155 give me starting trouble one time and it was the flat braided ground strap where it was bolted to the tractor frame not grounding good it has 2 12 volt batteries in it if you have 2 12 volts you can unhook one and see if it gets worse if it don't crank at all with one battery hooked up then double check connections when it is warm that tractor should start with just 1 good battery but if 1 is a bad one new or old it can discharge the good one
