Hi Gene, I suspect there are a lot of losers out there. Except for the lawyers involved of course :o). I'am one of the losers. I got the rebate for my '83 Chev 1 ton not long before I purchased a new truck. Be damned if I was going to buy GM just to get the rebate. I looked at GM before my purchase (briefly) but decided it would take more than a grand to lure me back to 'em. This is the third "major class action" in which I have been one of the many parties involved. Not once have I gotten anything tangible from them so this one is no different. Eat it and move on, I guess. Rod
