OT, G.M. Truck rebate certificates

Does anyone know what became of the deal from a company that supposedly bought the pickup rebate certificates issued by G.M.? Their website seems to be unavailable any longer, was being reorganized(?) it said earlier in the year. Yhe site was www.CertificateRebates.com . Am I the lone loser on this one,or did anybody else deal with them? They supposedly were paying $100.00 for each rebate certificate sent to them,and they would negotiate with GM(?) on purchase of new vehicles using the certificates.Just wondered what other peoples experiences were with them or if anybody dealt with them?
