My dad bought one new in 1981. Long 510, never fails to start, uses 1/2 the fuel of our big name tractors, and it has been a very reliable farm tractor for us. You might check the hydraulic filter or screen that is tied in with the lift system. There is a screen that can get clogged up, it is basically the 3 pt lift filter. My dad has changed that or cleaned it out and it makes a real difference with his when it gets slow. Tough tractor from a tough country, ROMANIA. I would not hesitate to buy one.
