Stubborn Brake Adjusting rod on IH 240

Does anyone have any suggestions how to get the Ball Nut off of the brake actuating rod on an IH 240-U I've Liquid Wrenched it, WD-40'd it, and even used a 1/2" drive Impact wrench at low setting, and nothing will move that SOB. I have even tried heat, though not a great amount, as I don't want to burn or melt the rubber boot. Any suggestions anyone may have would be helpful.
