Congrats. I just bought a 280 acre place in eastern Iowa this spring. Mine was a century farm with an 80 year old brick farmhouse and 6 original outbuildings, including a big basement barn. I've already hauled away a truckload of old tires, scrap metal, a dozen or so tractor batteries, and scrap wood and trash. The place is starting to look pretty good.
