It is not uncommon for the flywheel to get a little loose, and it MUST be tightened up to stop the knock--or it will wear the splines on the crankshaft...
To tighten it up, I would oil the flywheel bolts and loosten them a little....then tighten them up...
My Dad always said it should take 200 lbs on the end of the wrench... ( I remember him standing on the wrench)...!!
Anyway.....get them well tightened--evenly..!!
The flywheel also sets the end play on the crankshaft, so check that before you re-tighten the flywheel....!! Too much end play, and you will have a knock...endplay should be somewhere around .010" (ten thousanths)
