3020's sure didn't have that reputation where I came from..... about 20 miles from Moline.... In fact 4020's didn't last that long either, diesel's were majored at 3000-4000 hrs, gas about 2000-2500. 3020's 1000-1500 hrs less than that. I hear the Case/IH Magnum's with the 8.3L Cummins are holding up well in some applications with 15,000 to 20,000 hours with nothing other than maintenance. Hourmeters are the best thing ever been put on equip. As long as You keep them working!
