Hi IMJMAC, Yes you can but you will need to run the invertor off a deep cycle battery(s). Since you didn't give the mixer motor requirement were guessing. The invertor will need to run off the deepcycle battery's then can be recharged by the tractor generator to some extent. The deepcycle battery's would never recover fully as deepcycle battery's require a different type of regulator to float charge the battery's to a full state of charge. However the generator will recharge the battery's to a useable state. Invertors suck alot of amps from a battery. Now you didn't ask the important question. Would it be cost effective? Probably not. You could buy a gas engine like the others suggested cheaper than two deepcycle battery's and a invertor. T_Bone
