I have a goosneck 23flat + 5ft dovetail that I use for everything. It's has two 10k axles (8 tires). Pull it with my F250 Ford, and I wouldn't trade it for anything smaller. If you are gonna get one, go ahead and get all the bells and whistles on it, you won't regret it later. Mine has pop-up dove tail & flip-over ramps, that allow me to have a 28ft flat deck when loading hay, or I can use it as an equip hauler. If you are planning on hauling two tractors, don't go with anything smaller. Remember, even with 2-10k axles, you can't legally haul but little less than 14,000lbs. Trailer weighs about 6200 alone.

By the way, if you have ever driven down I-95 in North Carolina with two tractors on 14k gvw trailer, in 95 degree heat, you'd know why I love the 8 tires instead of 4. Busted 3 in one day.

And another thing, I have never pulled it, but a friend of mine has a gooseneck with 3axles under it, and he wishes he had bought one like mine. If he could find anyone around here to buy his, I'm sure he would purchase something different next time.
